The Gin and Tonic is a classic drink, which can be the subject of great debate. The ratio of of the ingredients, amount of ice, and choice of garnish are in effect truly personal choices, yet entirely dependent upon one’s Gin selection. Dry, wet, Dutch, cheap, bad, or Scottish varieties all mix with tonic, so buy what you like. Dead Curious currently has 6 varieties in the liquor cabinet, and we like them all!
Ingredients: Gin, Ice, Tonic Water, Your Choice of Garnish, and a Highball Glass
Directions: In a highball glass pour a good measure of Gin over ice before adding Tonic Water. Garnish with either a slice of lime, lemon, or cucumber either to taste or match the botanicals of the Gin, stir, and enjoy!
