Lianne La Havas – No Room for Doubt
Lianne La Havas is a British singer-songwriter who is about to take the world by storm. Possessing one of the most captivating voices I have heard in many years, the twenty-two year old London native has been carefully working her way up the ranks of the music world, releasing a few extended plays here, doing the rounds there. This video comes from the incredible Take Away Show series by La Blogotheque, and features Ms. La Havas playing the guitar, singing and walking through a crowded Montmartre neighbourhood of Paris (no mean feat normally, and much more impressive when all done in heels).
The sweet tone of her voice, the beautiful lyrics and the gorgeous back drops make this one of the more stunning videos I have seen in a while. All done in a single take, it shows you the raw talent this artist has. Her first single, Lost & Found, was released yesterday by Warner Music UK, and her debut album is due out on July 9.
