There are few things that make me as happy as when I hear a great harmony in a song, so good news- this track is full of them! While they’ve been a band for eight years now and just released their second full-length album, Yearling, I’m ashamed to say I had never heard of The Parson Red Heads before. (Again, I owe this discovery all to Shazam… I don’t know what I would do without it!) This four member band I could only describe in a way that is sort of Fleet Foxes meets The Weepies meets Dawes. Their tracks are blissfully full of harmonica and steel guitar in a way that makes the Folk-Rock legacy proud to call them their own!
