Dry the River are back with their second single, Chambers and the Valves, set to come off their début album “Shallow Bed” released on the 5th of March. The London five-piece are easily my favourite band from the last twelve months and this showcases what is to be expected from their album.
Recently the band have had nothing but awesome review, after awesome review, and to be honest it is clear to see why. With hypnotically beautiful vocals and lyrics, partnered with music full of passion and feeling Dry The River are just simply destined to shine.
NME recently compared them saying they were “a poor man’s Mumford and Sons”, this is simply untrue. When a band like this comes along all you can do is stand back and admire, they have kept at it and after years of touring the break trough into the big time seems too close to miss.
I can promise you that you will be hearing allot more from DTR and they will no doubt be gatecrashing the stages at many, many festivals to come. I hope you enjoy the track “Chambers and the Valves” and cannot wait to hear more.
