Seriously, what is it with the French? They are probably the one nation, besides the United States, that absorbs musical influences the most, before taking several and synthesizing (no pun intended) them into something new and beautiful. The album has been getting rave reviews from Pitchfork, so if you tend to agree with them, go on and buy it.
