FLAVIA WHEN DID YOU START THIS BUSINESS AND HOW DID THE IDEA CAME TO YOU?
I started in the beginning of 2010 after a trip of more then one year around the world. The idea came to me…I can say out of the blue…as the big occasion of life comes to people. After this trip I was kind of lost…unable to start a job in the same field that I left – finance and business! Thinking myself close in a office all the day long in the same way when I left was too much so I decided to take a big risk. I met my actual college and she illustrated me a world made of sugar chocolate and creativity…it was impossible for me to say no!
HOW IS IT GOING?
I must say that is going well…as we hoped from the very beginning…obviously it takes time and patience start such a business from nothing but right now it s giving us a lot of satisfactions…
THE WEIRDEST/SWEETEST REQUESTS YOU’VE EVER RECEIVED?
Oh my god I just got a very weird order: a piano that include penis and boobs! the sweetest order was from a men that wanted to hide a tiffany’s box inside the birthday’s cake of his fiance…
WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS FOR THE FUTURE? I KNOW YOU DO CAKES BUT ALSO BREAKFASTS ETC.
We started with personalised cakes only and right now we r offering birthday cakes, wedding cakes, bachelor party/hen party cakes, special occasion cakes, catering and surprise breakfast. we also organise birthday party for children including games and entertainment. We are growing and we are very proud of it!!
