Phantogram is an indie pop duo from New York. Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel who were friends since junior high decided to start writing /recording some amazing tunes in 2007. The name Phantogram was inspired by an optical illusion in which two-dimensional images appear to be three-dimentional.
The first time I heard Phnatogram I instantly connected to the music. Their sound seemed almost recognizable to me …but not because I heard it before … weird …. Right?
I really enjoy all their songs…however I have listened their song “Mouthful of Diamonds” on repeat many times. I hope you love Phantogram just as much as I do 🙂
