Yeah, so none of them are from Brazil, and only one is a girl, but this band is seriously awesome. Brazilian Girls are one of the best live acts I have ever seen, five years ago at the inaugural Virgin Fest in the U.S. Sabina Sciubba and co can melt anyone’s face off, and work a crowd better than many others. Memories from that afternoon show at Pimlico are hazy (ahem) at best, but I do recall the crowd going wild when the horn section announced this song. And I mean, you can’t really blame them.
