For those of you who are not acquainted with Yelle, she is the French electro-bubble-gum-pop princess. She is kind of a love-it-or-hate-it deal, depending on how tolerant your ears are with high-pitched voices.
But she is not the main focus of this post. The main focus is Madeon, a 17 year-old producer from Nantes, France, who gained massive attention in the past few months, mostly due to this video. The young prodigy who was revealed by a remix contest he won for a song from Aussie Drum’n’Bass act Pendulum has a bright future awaiting him! 6 months from here he was no one and last weekend he played I Love Techno 2011 in Belgium. Can you top that?
